Where we ship

Crown Hair Institute ships within the United States and to select international destinations. International availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Free shipping

U.S. orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 ship at a flat $7.95 (standard) or $14.95 (expedited) rate. Subscription orders ship free regardless of order value.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed Friday after 12pm PT, Saturday, or Sunday ship Monday.

Delivery time (continental U.S.)

Standard ground: 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment.

Delivery time (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories)

Standard: 7–10 business days after shipment. Expedited: 3–5 business days after shipment.

International delivery time

10–21 business days depending on destination. Customs duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Subscription shipping

Crown subscriptions automatically ship every 60 days. Subscription orders qualify for free U.S. shipping regardless of order value. You can change your shipment date, skip, or cancel from your account at any time before the processing date.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Track your order from the link in that email or by logging into your account.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 14 days at contact@crownhairinstitute.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and replace the order at our cost when appropriate.
